At peak times, there can be delays in production.

We always do our best to deliver the products as fast as possible.

We don’t often hear about customers being charged but we cannot promise about customs fees. The customer is responsible for all customs.

You can report problems with an order through [email protected]. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays. We will share the return address and details. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We don’t accept exchanges or cancellations, but please do contact us if you have any problems with your order. If you would like to exchange or return a product without any defect or due to ordering a wrong size, it would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.

No, these are digitally painted using a drawing tablet and digital brushes. You can see the texture of these pieces of art but you can’t feel it.
