I Want to Return My Purchase – What Should I Do?
At Flizion Art, each order is carefully made just for you. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at flizionart@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will review your claim promptly and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate. When contacting us, please include photos of both the product and the packaging so we can assess the issue quickly.

Please note that issues caused by incorrect addresses, unclaimed packages, or customer rejection may require a new order to be placed. Slight colour variations are a normal part of the printing process and fall within acceptable tolerance levels. Lost packages must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
